We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The modernization was done sympathetically, and our room was excellent with a pleasant view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa/pool/sauna area. We enjoyed the multiple temperature baths and the various relaxing areas. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff provided great service. The hotel's location was ideal, nestled close to Strasbourg and conveniently near the highway. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood and explore the vineyards. We also had the opportunity to visit the Monastery at Mont Sainte-Odile, which was nearby. The breakfast was amazing, a winner for sure. we were impressed with the hotel's ambiance, facilities, and friendly staff.

We were unable to access popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, or Paramount on the in-room TV, even though it was advertised as "smart. " However, we could still watch these apps on our laptop.

The old hotel has a lot of charm. There is a newly build extension. The hotel is located in the nice Alsacian region. Friendly staff.

Still waiting for my coffee to arrive at breakfast. Breakfast itself does not leave a lot of healthy/fresh choises. Openinghours not mentionned clearly : Spa&Welness facilities (sauna, hammam, ...) only open from 14.00 - 18.00h, so we could not enjoy it given we arrived on saturday in the afternoon and guests are to check out at 11.00h in the morning. Personal treatments opens at 10.00h in the morning. Swimmingpool opens early so you can get a refreshing swim early in the morning.

We are repeat guest, really love this hotel, yes it's expensive but the euro/ sterling does not help. They have spent considerable money in improving the hotel entrance and rooms. Staff could not do enough for us, food first class, expensive yes, but perfect. Pride is taken in the dinning room from the chef to the owner making sure you are happy. They have my vote and we shall return. If you can afford it,try it you will not be dissapointed. Cute little village as well. Room service very quick. The hotel seems always busy but relaxed. No complaints.

The location in the centre of Alsace was perfect for exploring the beautiful region. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and made to feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping was top-notch, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is located in the centre of Alsace, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering lovely walks in the neighborhood. The hotel also boasts a fancy "Michelin star type" restaurant, where guests can indulge in delicious gourmet cuisine. The rooms are well-designed, spotlessly clean, and offer comfortable amenities such as modern bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of local specialties, including homemade breads and sparkling Alsatian wine.

Some guests mentioned that the restaurant staff had some issues with order-taking and wine service, which could be improved.

Gastromic delight, the guest is always paramount importance, food expensive but it's art after all, wonderful maitre de, he makes it tick. Would stay again without hesitation, pretty village, rooms very comfortable and clean.A little treasure find.We were upgraded to suite, arrived late after last service for dinner, they made the chef stay and cook for us, that's service.

The room was spacious, but we did have a suite in the newer part of the hotel. The breakfast while moderately expensive was excellent and comprehensive. The hotel had free parking for guests in close proximity.

The hotel did not have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The heating did not work and could not be fixed over the weekend, despite daytime 15 to 16C dropping to 4 to 6C overnight. Reception was a long way away in the next building. "Free WiFi throughout the hotel" was incorrect; it operated only at Reception?bar area. In the rooms it was commercial Swisscom at exorbitant rates. The Restaurant was hugely expensive, more than many Michelin one stars, with good but not great food.

    Great location and comfortable rooms

The hotel is in a prime location, close to many popular attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The spa is also a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The breakfast was quite basic and not particularly inspiring. There were also some inconsistencies in service, with some staff seeming more attentive than others.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

A bit dated and tacky - but on the whole not too bad. They could also extend wi-fi access from the bar to the rooms given it is now 2011.

The bed was good. The fact that the room had shudders and curtains making it possible to keep everything very dark in the morning. The building and its location is charming. Rugby on the big screen in the bar.

I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness in the room, the jacuzzi of only 32 degrees and their breakfast which costs 20e per person. I also felt that the restaurant was so overstaffed that it amounted to inefficiency and a feeling of being "observed". In general, I didn't feel that there was coherence between price and value.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the beautiful view of the mountains from my cozy and clean room. the pool was great for a relaxing swim and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

My experience was marred by overpriced and lackluster food options at both the restaurant and breakfast in-room service. The staff also seemed inexperienced and inattentive, making dining an unpleasant experience.
